• Suspended account: a suspended account cannot use Help in the app, so email support@muslim-matching.com. A person will review your case and reply.

Delete your account

In the app: You → Settings → Manage account → Delete account. Deletion happens at once and cannot be undone. If you signed in with Apple on an iPhone, the app asks you to confirm with Apple first.

Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Apple or Google keeps billing you until you cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings. Cancel it before you delete your account.

Without the app: email support@muslim-matching.com from the email address on your account. We delete the account within one month.
